Terms of use
Matchin helps people connect for dating, friendship, sport and leisure. Using the service means following these rules and the community guidelines.
Access to the service
The service is reserved for people aged 18 or over. Each member must provide truthful information, protect their access credentials and create only one personal account.
Fair use
Identity theft, harassment, threats, financial solicitation, abusive automation, illegal content and any violation of another person’s consent or safety are prohibited.
Content
Members remain responsible for their text and photos and confirm that they hold the necessary rights. They allow Matchin to host and display them only to provide the service, until deletion under the applicable rules.
Moderation
Matchin may hide content or restrict, suspend or close an account to protect the community. Product moderation decisions are logged and may be subject to an internal appeal.
Availability
The service may evolve, be interrupted for maintenance or experience incidents. Applicable liability limits and statutory guarantees must be validated in the final contractual version.
Termination
Members may request deletion of their account. Certain data may be retained for a limited period when required by law, security needs or the defence of legal rights.
Applicable law
The applicable law, competent jurisdiction, publisher identity, contact details and mediation arrangements must be completed and validated before public launch.
